Carmen chose a fab theme, the perfect look and a wonderful crowd to reinterpret Moulin Rouge on her birthday.

Everyone had a Joie de Vivre expression on their face. Including me in the middle, with top window display guru my friend Amaia M. de Lecea Lara and Covadonga Alonso Valdes, key talent in Massimo Dutti’s worldwide communications.

All men looked wonderful in their tuxedos , like real gentlemen and all, absolutely ALL women looked hot and elegant in their own productions of burlesque, cabaret, moulin rouge or ladies of easy virtue. All fashionistas made a beautiful effort to look radiant.

Corsets, can cans, tu tus, long gloves, pearls, feather boas , top hats, tail jackets, head jewelry all enhancing sexy yet fancy ítems.

Some found it all at home in those intimate drawers that turn us into ladies of pleasure when needed, others found key pieces at moms, while busy professionals rented their fab costumes in Epoca or Menkes
